1. Does Relagraph collect my personal data or contacts? No. Relagraph is built with a 100% offline-first architecture. We do not collect, harvest, or transmit your personal data, contacts, or the relationship graphs you build. Everything stays securely on your local device.
2. How do I backup or transfer my data to a new phone?
Since Relagraph does not use cloud synchronization, you are in full control of your data. You can go to Settings > Data Management to export a complete .relagraph backup file or copy your data as JSON. You can then transfer this file to your new device and import it.
3. Why are some relationship arrows missing? By default, symmetrical relationships (such as friends, colleagues, neighbors, or spouses) do not display directional arrows to keep the graph clean. Directional arrows are reserved for hierarchical relationships (e.g., Manager, Parent).
4. How do I remove the tags on the connecting lines? If you prefer a cleaner visual look, you can hide relationship labels. Go to Settings > Graph Display and select which relationship types' labels you want to hide.
Your privacy is our absolute priority. Relagraph does not require account registration, internet access, or cloud storage to function. All graph data, images, and notes are saved exclusively in your device's local sandbox. For complete details, please refer to our full App Store Privacy details.
